Many existing engineering workflows require JT data, for example, for reuse in Siemens Process Simulate. While CAD data can be imported into NVIDIA USD Composer and used as USD, there is currently no simple way to export data from the NVIDIA environment back to JT-based engineering tools. This extension closes that gap: It exports the currently loaded USD stage directly to the JT format, thereby enabling the data to be reused in applications such as Process Simulate.
