    § 1 Geltungsbereich

    Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für alle Extensions, die über den USD Extension Hub von BV DigitalConsulting (marketplace.bv-digitalconsulting.com) eingereicht und veröffentlicht werden.

    § 2 Eigenentwicklung & Urheberrecht

    • Der Einreicher bestätigt, dass die Extension ausschließlich von ihm selbst oder seinem Team entwickelt wurde.
    • Alle Nutzungsrechte an der Extension liegen vollständig beim Einreicher.
    • Die Einreichung von kopiertem, gestohlenem oder anderweitig fremdem Code ist ausdrücklich untersagt.
    • Verletzungen von Urheberrechten oder sonstigen Schutzrechten Dritter sind nicht zulässig.

    § 3 Verbotene Inhalte

    Folgende Extensions werden nicht zugelassen und können ohne Vorankündigung entfernt werden:

    • Extensions, die illegale Aktivitäten ermöglichen, fördern oder unterstützen
    • Extensions, die Schadsoftware, Viren, Trojaner oder ähnliche schädliche Komponenten enthalten
    • Extensions, die fremde Software ohne gültige Lizenz einbinden (Raubkopien)
    • Extensions, die gegen geltendes deutsches oder europäisches Recht verstoßen
    • Extensions mit diskriminierenden, anstößigen, verleumderischen oder rechtswidrigen Inhalten
    • Extensions, die ohne Wissen des Rechteinhabers auf geschützte APIs oder Systeme zugreifen

    § 4 Haftung des Einreichers

    Der Einreicher trägt die vollständige Verantwortung für die eingereichte Extension und deren Inhalt. BV DigitalConsulting übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden, die durch die Nutzung einer eingereichten Extension entstehen. BV DigitalConsulting bietet keinen technischen Support für Drittanbieter-Extensions.

    § 5 Verkaufsmodell & Provision

    Bei kostenpflichtigen Extensions gilt folgende Aufteilung: 80 % des Verkaufspreises gehen an den Entwickler, 20 % verbleiben bei BV DigitalConsulting als Plattform-Provision für Hosting, Betrieb und Vermarktung. Die genaue Abwicklung wird individuell vereinbart.

    § 6 Prüfung & Freigabe

    Jede eingereichte Extension wird von BV DigitalConsulting geprüft. BV DigitalConsulting behält sich das Recht vor, Extensions ohne Angabe von Gründen abzulehnen oder nachträglich zu entfernen — insbesondere bei Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen.

    § 7 Änderungen

    BV DigitalConsulting behält sich vor, diese Nutzungsbedingungen jederzeit anzupassen. Registrierte Publisher werden über wesentliche Änderungen per E-Mail informiert.

    The USD Extension Hub can generally be used without providing personal data. Where personal data is collected, for example when registering, submitting an extension or sending a request, this is done voluntarily and in accordance with the GDPR.

    3. Data Collected

    a) Automatic server data: When accessing the website, technical access data such as IP address, browser type, operating system and access time are recorded. This data is used exclusively for the technical provision of the service and is not used to identify individuals.

    b) Account data: Upon registration, email address and name are stored. This data is required for authentication and operation of the publisher area.

    c) Extension data: Submitted extensions including descriptions, images and developer information are stored in the database and displayed publicly after approval.

    d) Request data: When you submit an extension request, your name, email address, selected extension and message are stored and used to process your request.

    4. Third-party Services

    Supabase (Backend service): This website uses Supabase for authentication, database and file storage. Provider: Supabase Inc., 970 Trestle Glen Rd, Oakland, CA 94610, USA. More information: supabase.com/privacy

    Resend (email delivery): Resend is used to notify us about new requests. The request data required for the email is processed for this purpose. More information: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy

    Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement): Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-V1B8LSJENC) is loaded only after your explicit consent. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing may include a shortened IP address, device and browser data, referrer, pages viewed and the time and duration of the visit, together with a pseudonymous identifier. The purpose is statistical analysis of usage in order to improve the structure and content of the website. Data may be transferred to Google, including in the USA, on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.     5. Cookies & Sessions

    Necessary browser storage manages language, your consent choice and the one-time welcome notice. Supabase uses session tokens for authentication, which are stored in the browser and can be deleted after signing out. Only after your consent does Google Analytics additionally set cookies or comparable technologies for pseudonymous audience measurement. No data is stored for advertising purposes.
